Employers: Looking for ways to improve
health and wellness?
Shape Up offers single to multi-month programs that employers may provide their employees. Upon registration, each participant receives an official Shape Up Across Oregon t-shirt, a participant's guide, and mileage log. Upon completion participants will receive a certificate signed by the Governor and become eligible for prizes.

Follow the original Shape Up Across Oregon map for one month, or challenge your workplace community with the new Shape Up Along the Lewis & Clark Trail. This program is geared toward those intent on increasing or maintaining physical activity in their daily lives. The Lewis & Clark mileage log follows the actual trail taken by Lewis and Clark on their journey westward and eastward and includes historical notations along the way.
